House Rules
- Children from 12 years are welcome. Exceptions with previous arrangement possible.
- Visitors (other than the room guests) are only allowed in agreement with the host and
have to be announced in before. - Animals are not allowed.
- The night’s rest must be observed or we ask you to show consideration for other guests and neighbours.
- Smoking inside the building and on the balconies is not permitted. Outside, smoking is only permitted in the marked area of the garden.
The B&B, its owners and the team do not accept any liability/responsibility for lost or damaged objects or injuries, however they may have occurred. Guests agree that neither the B&B nor the owners or the team shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any kind within the facility.
- Vehicles parked in the garage or on the parking areas in front of the building are parked there at your own risk.
- All data in connection with the booking will be stored in our database, not passed on or used for purposes other than for the booking documents.
- We have no Cleaning Room Services on Sundays (just garbage and towels).
