Our B&B is located in a safe and quiet residential area in Bloubergrant, just a few minutes walk from the famous Bloubergstrand Beach. Blouberg is not far from the Cape Town CBD, the wine region or the West Coast which can be reached quickly and easily. From Bloubergstrand, breathtaking views over Table Bay to the city, Table Mountain and Robben Island are possible. The nearby restaurants and bars offer beautiful sunsets.
The little palm has 3 beautifully furnished rooms with private bathrooms and a studio apartment for long term stays. We utilised a beautiful mixture of modern and African elements, they has locally produced some of which. All of the items add to ambience and the harmonious feel of the little palm.
The outdoor area has a pool, a small grassed area and a beautiful sundeck with various seating possibilities, to relax after a fun-filled, adventurous and impressive day. On windy days, this protected area will allow you to enjoy the sun and the outdoors.

check in/check out
Check-in is between 15:00h and 18:00h, unless otherwise agreed. Late arrivals (after 18:00h) or early arrivals (before 15:00h) must be arranged in advance. If you arrive earlier, your luggage can be stored. Check-out is by 11:00h on the day of departure. If the bookings allow, a later departure can be arranged.
breakfast
A full breakfast is freshly prepared and served daily from 8:30h to 10:00h.
It´s consisting of baked goods, honey and marmalade, ham and / or cheese, as well as yoghurt with fresh fruits and various of eggs as requested.
We try to consider any other request or requirement like dietary or other food intolerances. Please let us know in before.
booking/cancellation and payment methods
50% deposit is due immediately upon reservation. One night reservations require 100% payment immediately. Reservations / Bookings will be confirmed when we acknowledge receipt of your booking request and deposit. Prior to that, the booking will only be regarded as provisional.
Cancellation Policy – the following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival – 100% refund
Cancellation 30 days to 7 days prior to arrival – 50% refund
Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival or no show – 0% refund

Amounts due in South African Rand (ZAR).
Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer (in ZAR or EUR).
Any bank charges arising from foreign bank transfers shall be borne by the principal (guest).
Reimbursements are also made in South African Rand (ZAR).

Children from 12 years are welcome. Exceptions can be made with prior arrangement.
Visitors (other than the room guests) are only permitted if arranged and agreed by the host before arrival.
Animals are not allowed.
Smoking inside the building and on the balconies is not permitted. Outside, smoking is only permitted in the marked area of the garden.
The night’s rest must be observed or we ask you to show consideration for other guests and neighbours.
The B&B, its owners and the team do not accept any liability/responsibility for lost or damaged objects or injuries, however they may have occurred. Guests agree that neither the B&B nor the owners or the team shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any kind within the facility.
Vehicles parked in the garage or on the parking areas in front of the building are parked there at your own risk.
All data in connection with the booking will be stored in our database, not passed on or used for purposes other than for the booking documents.
There will be no room cleaning service on Sundays and Public Holidays (only dustbin and towels).

Will you be using sports equipment on your holiday? We will be able to store equipment such as golf bags, bicycles, kite or surf & dive equipment safely (only on request and availability). Talk to us!
